Privacy & cookies

When you book, buy a lesson package or join the cancellation list, we collect the contact details you provide and the lesson, location and time you choose. Notes you add are used to help manage your lesson. Please only include information that is relevant to your coaching or booking.

We use this information to arrange lessons, check availability, send confirmations, manage changes and support your bookings or package credits. Relevant details are processed through the hosting, email and calendar services used to deliver those functions.

Card payments take place through Stripe Checkout. Card details entered on Stripe’s payment page are handled by Stripe. The booking system stores payment references and booking status so we can manage the lesson and any eligible refund.

Secure sign-in cookies are used for customer booking access and the owner’s administration area. They are separate from optional analytics. We also remember the cookie choice you make on this device for up to 90 days.

If analytics is enabled on this website and you choose to allow it, Google Analytics measures public page use and booking steps, such as selecting a lesson or opening checkout.

Our analytics events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, coaching notes, booking references and checkout links. Page measurements omit query strings and fragments. Customer account, private booking, offer and owner administration pages are excluded.

Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical connection information when it processes a request. Advertising storage and personalised advertising are not enabled by this website’s analytics integration. See Google’s privacy information.

You can reject optional analytics or change your choice at any time. Changing your choice does not cancel a lesson or affect your ability to book.

Interactive venue maps load only when you ask to show them. Google then provides the map under its own privacy terms. Links to TeeGo, Golfr, transport providers and WhatsApp take you to those services, where their own privacy information applies.

Contact The Swing Suite at golf@theswingsuite.co.uk if you have a privacy question or want to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your booking information. Booking and payment records may need to be retained for service, accounting or legal purposes; contact us about your circumstances.
